Residents
Rental Criteria
- A credit score of at least 620 (no accounts in collections)
- Verifiable employment and/ or the combined income of lease holders must be 3x the monthly rental amount
- Positive landlord references (no prior negative tenant/landlord history, example; eviction or court cases with landlord) or positive mortgage history
- All applicants are subject to a state and federal criminal background check.
Pay Rent Online
Securely pay rent online from anywhere. Set up automatic payments so you always pay on time.
Maintenance
- Submit maintenance requests that go directly to our maintenance AppFolio's queue or Email our request to
Maintenance@FirstvirginiaHomes.com.

Owners
The Owner Portal
Simplified & Secured Payments
Make and receive payments from the mobile-friendly Online Portal. Directly send funds for owner contributions, including emergency maintenance repairs, renovations, or reserves via eCheck or Debit Card.

Stay connected and informed with built-in messaging, notifications, and emailing tools, all with fully mobile functionality to simplify collaboration.
24/7 Access & Property Insights
Get on-demand access to financial statements, monthly summaries, year-end tax statements, and important documents from anywhere using our robust mobile capabilities.

PET POLICY
Each property has its own pet policy. Please check the listing for the property you are interested in for details or contact us with any further questions regarding your pet.
If a property is pet-friendly, we require the following per pet:
- A $35.00 Monthly Pet Rent Per Pet and $150.00 non-refundable one time pet fee
