Residents
Rental Criteria
- A credit score of at least 620 (no accounts in collections)
- Verifiable employment and/ or the combined income of lease holders must be 3x the monthly rental amount
- Positive landlord references (no prior negative tenant/landlord history, example; eviction or court cases with landlord) or positive mortgage history
- All applicants are subject to a state and federal criminal background check.

- Submit maintenance requests that go directly to our maintenance AppFolio's queue or Email our request to

PET POLICY
Each property has its own pet policy. Please check the listing for the property you are interested in for details or contact us with any further questions regarding your pet.
If a property is pet-friendly, we require the following per pet:
- A $35.00 Monthly Pet Rent Per Pet
